JOE ROPER WINS HIS SECOND UCSD CANCER LUAU TITLE!!!

Joe Roper has been an active member of the UCSD Cancer Center Longboard Luau since day one and was actually one of the legends on the winning team the first year. This past Sunday, August 23, 2009 he took home the gold once again along with his team the Cahill Family Foundation. This was a very exciting final to watch because Joe was surfing against his mentors and fellow "PB Rats" Skip Frye and Hank Warner. This event is an amazing event and we all look forward to participating in it every year.
